We recommend videos be exported in 1080p or 720p. mbps for a 1080p video should be 10 - 20 while 720p should be 5 - 10.

All video file formats are accepted such as MP4 and MOV.

We also recommend keeping your video files 10gb or less.

Please plan on uploading your video 12 - 24 hours before your event's opening time to ensure everything looks good on your end.

Once your video is uploaded, you can preview your video by clicking the eye icon next to your event.
