How to add any online event to AnywhereSeat

Learn how to add any online event to AnywhereSeat such as a Zoom or Google Meet meeting.

In this help article, we'll walk through the steps of adding an online event such as a Zoom or Google Meet meeting.

1. Click the Add Event button
2. Choose your type of event: Other
3. Enter your Event Name, Description (optional), and Cover Photo (optional)
4. Select your online event provider -> and enter the Meeting ID. To find your ID:

  • Zoom: once your meeting is created, copy the Meeting ID -> go back AnywhereSeat, and paste.

  • Google Meet: once your meeting is scheduled, select the portion behind meet.google.com/ (see screenshot below) -> Copy the ID -> go back to AnywhereSeat, and paste. 

  • Other: once your meeting is scheduled, select the full URL -> Copy the URL -> go back to AnywhereSeat, and paste. If you need additional help, let us know!

5. Under Times, select the date(s) and time(s) of the event
6. Enter the price of your event ($0 if you'd like it to be free)
7. Finally, click Add Event

That's it! You're ready to start selling tickets to your online event.
