If someone requests a refund, you have the ability to issue the refund through AnywhereSeat.
To do this:
Lookup the order via the magnifying glass in your top navigation.
At the top of the order's page, click Refund and confirm the exchange.
Once submitted, it will take 5 - 10 business days for the money to appear back in your patron's account.
If the order has already been paid out, it is not possible to refund the order through AnywhereSeat since you have already requested/received the proceeds for that sale.
